Episode 105: Stitches East

Knitting Time:

Denver Cowl by Veronica Parsons with Miss Babs Yowza - Whatta Skein in the Berlin colorway using US size 8s - 5.0mm needles. Was completed after just 6 months on the needles!

Plan to buy yarn to knit Elizabeth Green Musselman's Langstroth sweater for Ro.

Kim's Socks: Tristan's other teacher. With Berroco Sox in 1410 County Fair colorway.  Using US size 0 - 2.25mm needles.  Wendy Johnson's Slip Stitch Heel Basic Sock. I do a 2x2 rib on top of that.

Story-time Scholar Sweater by Lisa Chemery.  With Berroco Vintage Chunky in color 6105.  3 hours in and about to start bottom ribbing.  Super quick knit!  Knitting for Tristan in the size 6-12 month.  Using US size 10 - 6.0mm needles.

Using US size 0 - 2.25mm needles.  Following my favorite toe up sock, heel construction.  That's Wendy Johnson's Slip Stitch Heel Basic Sock.  I do a 2x2 rib on top of that.  I've litterarly knit hundreds of socks this way!
